Together, the therapist and the child explore how changes in the teddy bear effect and its relationships in the family or in the broader system ultimately lead to the resolution of the teddy bear problem. Thus, the change is understood at the relationship level or at the system level.
In the future, the ideas of using the game in child psychoanalysis were developed in the works of M. Klein and A. Freud. They both used the game when working with children, but at the same time, both their understanding of the content of the game and the technique of working with the game were different. They also noted that children with high levels of dissociation can be influenced by their favourite toy friend and thanks to him and playing with him or communicating with him, they become more adapted to their environment. Thanks to the emotional support of the toy, which they trust and their own parents, the children became more open and took steps outside the box.
There is also a positive influence of a soft toy on kids with ADHD and autism. While playing with a pleasant soft toy, the child receives a certain amount of dopamine, which stimulates him in further endeavours and new contacts with people. Thanks to this form of sensory stimulation and self-learning of the child by modelling situations or typical dialogues, some children were able to overcome their inner shyness or their fears of communicating with other children.
