Our brown stuffed toys are carefully hand stuffed in our local workshop in Birmingham and made with love in Europe. Handcrafted from the most luxurious faux-fur this brown teddy bear is available in 6 colours and 2 sizes.

We understand that big brown teddy bears can be very high maintenance especially when they are loved by little ones. That’s why every BigTed comes with a lifetime repair guarantee. Your brown teddy is more than welcome to visit us any time it might need a little freshen up!

To make your gift even more special, each BigTed brown teddy can be personalised and is sent in a giant gift box.

Please remove all tags and accessories before giving to a child. This big brown teddy bear is suitable for children over 36 months.

Delivery of your teddy will normally be made by courier within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of order.

Personalised products may take up to 14 working days for delivery.

Next day delivery

Where an order is received by 9am, Monday to Thursday, the delivery of your pink bear will be made via courier the next day. Orders received after 9am Monday-Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered within two working days.

Next day delivery is not available on personalised products, or deliveries outside mainland UK.

Saturday delivery

Where an order is received by 9am Friday, delivery will be made via courier on the coming Saturday. Orders received after 9am Friday, or on will be delivered via Saturday delivery the next Saturday or via Next day delivery on your demand.

How is my BigTed Packaged?

Your BigTed will come in a beautifully designed gift box straight from our headquarters in Birmingham, England. To ensure the highest quality, we NEVER vacuum compress BigTed, so you can expect the perfect teddy straight out the box, a great surprise for your loved ones.

Returns Information

BigTed Returns Policy Overview

You have 14 calendar days to return your pink soft toy from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your pink bear must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning a parcel, please ensure:

The pink teddy is packed well to ensure it arrives in its original state, and use the original packaging where possible. A letter with your dispatch note is enclosed detailing the order number, your address, contact details and reason for return. (This helps to process the return quickly.)

Once we receive your pink bear, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you have any questions regarding your returned item please contact the customer services team.

Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for items during transit back to us and all returns will be sent at your own cost.
